School for Pastors

Guess the future of pastoral training with Book Cafe to meet the demands of millennials. It will require additional cultural proficiency to effectively attract individuals to digital platforms. Pastors must reframe their teachings within a modern, futuristic pastoral classroom to prevent the church from losing followers or failing to gain new ones.

Our faculty was called into ministry twenty-three years ago and consequently had encounters with God and angels to self-develop. Over time, he received mentorship from various pastors through apprenticeship. In order to fully grasp his calling and role in Christianity, he enrolled in various Bible seminaries in Ghana and completed numerous Bible correspondence courses. Despite this, he still found a gap in effectively managing church members, recognizing the need for individual care. Subsequently, he pursued studies in administration, management, leadership, and education to enhance his skills and contribute to his local community. This journey led him to develop a comprehensive course emphasizing the disruptive nature of training pastors beyond the conventional theological focus.

This educational transformation for pastors represents a revolution as it shifts traditional theological training paradigms towards a more comprehensive approach. By incorporating studies in administration, management, leadership, and education alongside theological teachings, this holistic education equips pastors with a broader skill set to effectively manage church members, enhance community engagement, and navigate the complexities of modern society. This revolution recognizes the evolving needs of both pastors and congregations, emphasizing a more well-rounded and practical approach to pastoral training that extends beyond conventional theological education.

The pastor will benefit significantly from his training in various ways. By expanding his education beyond traditional theological studies to include administration, management, leadership, and education, he will bless our community.
